Here are some obvious stuff you can use straight away
1) Move the Free Line (Give away as much value as you can! And don't be afraid to give away your best stuff - If what you are giving away for free is so valuable, what would your prospects think about the paid stuff?)
2) Build a relationship with your list (Look at their blog posts... I was surprised when I saw more than 1000 comments on Eben's first post! Wow... blew me away... totally! what a great way to show social proof!)
3) Give away "scholarships"... Meaning give away a few packages free... You can run contests, lucky draws and everything. This also helps to engage your list and build buzz
